Turn Right Side Up an Upside-Down World

Your workplace now is to be turned right side up. Workers, those that are employees, are to honor their employers and work hard as unto the Lord knowing that you'll receive a reward from the Lord.

That is what we're looking forward to. So, your workplace now becomes a manifold expression of the wisdom of God and you're on display a revelation of the person of Jesus Christ by virtue of your conduct as a citizen of the kingdom of God in a fallen world

Employers: you're exhorted and encouraged to be men and women after God's heart who love the Lord and are using the platform of your business or your company or your corporation to exalt Jesus Christ and turn right-side up an upside-down world.

So, he talks about these very fundamental areas of the Christian life where we get to do something incredible. We get to be an expression of the manifold wisdom of God, and it was God's intent from the beginning that you would be a part of that, by doing so, we share in the divine nature of God and in the glory of God because we're bringing honor and praise and exultation to our king.

So, for the Christian everything becomes meaningful, everything has significance, everything is exciting, everything is an adventure: your marriage, your family, your children, your workplace. Everything you put your hand to becomes an aspect of the extension of Christ's ministry through you.
